  • MODULE 1. Technological basis for the production of wine and low-alcohol drinks:
    duration - 16 ac. hours, cost - 8 000 rubles.
Practical modules: full-time
  • MODULE 2. The practice of obtaining grape wine: white, rose, red and other categories of wines
duration - 16 ac. hours, cost - 17 000 rubles.
  • MODULE 3. Practices for obtaining fruit fermented beverages based on apples, pears and other fruits
duration - 16 ac. hours, cost - 17 000 rubles.
  • MODULE 4. The practice of obtaining honey drinks: spicy-aromatic, alcohol-containing, sparkling and non-alcoholic
duration - 16 ac. hours, cost - 15 000 rubles.
