WITHOUT WORK OR IN SEARCHING
Non-working citizens who live in the city of Moscow, do not receive an insurance pension for old age and are not registered as unemployed citizens with the employment service of the city of Moscow.
LIVE IN MOSCOW
Working citizens with a place of residence in the city of Moscow, who independently applied to the bodies and institutions of the employment service of the city of Moscow in order to undergo training.
OR A TRAVELER
Citizens working in the territory of the city of Moscow who independently applied to the bodies and institutions of the employment service of the city of Moscow in order to undergo training, regardless of their place of residence.
ON RECOMMENDATIONS
Working citizens who are sent for training by an employer who applied in accordance with this procedure in order to organize training for employees aged 50 and over

ATTENTION!

Citizens aged 50 and over who are registered with the employment services of the city of Moscow as unemployed, as well as citizens who have previously completed their studies under this Program, cannot be participants in the program.
